These are genuine British / American Army issue jungle, Vietnam era, flight and ground combat boots made specifically for hot weather. They are heavy duty but also have a lightness around the upper part of the ankle. I also believe the canvas is a water repellent material, which for me makes them an all weather boot. Add a heavier wool sock for added warmth in colder weather. These are in pristine, never worn, vintage condition. I really love the look of the metal lacing bracket. Heavily grooved sole.
These are listed as a size 6.5R. R typically means standard width.

Inner foot pad length: 10.5 inches long
Length at side of shoe from front to back of sole: 10.75 inches long
Heel width: 2.75 inches wide at back of upper shoe
Ball of foot width: 3.5 inches wide at top of shoe at widest point of ball of foot area
sole height: 7/8ths inches tall at front
Bottom heel height: 1 and 4/8ths inches tall
I would say these would fit a women's 9. I'm typically an 8-8.5 and with a heavy sock on I have a good .75 inches in the toe. These are a legit Army issue boot so please keep in mind they will need some breaking in. As mentioned these have never been worn. I don't recommend a high arch foot. These also have removable soft soled inserts in them. I find that they fit me in length but are snug on the top of my foot. When I remove the insole they fit nearly perfectly. So you can actually replace the inserts with a thinner sole to create more room.

Otherwise I assume my buyers understand that vintage items will most of the time have some wear and tear attached.

This is taken into account when pricing an item. All decor and collectible items are lightly wiped down but are left in the original state they were found to preserve the patina and old world charm that we all love. Fabric decor items are not washed before selling to preserve their delicate nature. Please examine the photos carefully for any flaws that I may have missed in my description. Anything else that can be cleaned or washed without affecting the vintage or antique collectibility qualities will be.
