I prefer to focus on the beauty of a vintage piece and the life left in it, rather than the focusing on every small blemish it may hold. With that said, if something is damaged or has a major flaw I would note these things, same goes for if something is in pristine or impeccable condition, I would also state this. Otherwise I assume my buyers understand that vintage items will most of the time have some wear and tear attached.

Anything else that can be cleaned or washed without affecting the vintage or antique collectibility qualities will be.
